BeVenue offers meeting rooms, lounges/salons, conference spaces and a professional webcast studio with green screen technology. Our spaces accommodate between 8 and 200 guests.

Many BeVenue clients hire multiple spaces for reception, catering, breakout sessions or parallel programmes. Some of our rooms can also be used in combination with the webcast studio to live-stream debates/discussions, events or TV broadcasts.

BeVenue is based at the headquarters of the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium (FEB) at Rue Ravenstein 4, Brussels, just a few minutes’ walk from Brussels-Central Station.

Located near Brussels-Central Station, the venue is easy to get to by train, metro, tram and bus. Brussels-Central Station also offers convenient train connections to the airport.

Gasten die met de fiets komen, kunnen gebruikmaken van de fietsenstalling in de buurt van de ingang. Zo bereik je BeVenue ook duurzaam en zonder parkeerzorgen.

BeVenue’s rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, screens, projection facilities and essential audiovisual equipment. Additional technical support is available on request.

BeVenue frequently hosts hybrid events with both in-person and online participants. The venue also features a professional webcast studio, allowing its rooms to be easily combined with live streaming, live debates/discussions and recordings. Your technical requirements are discussed in advance and the solution is tailored to your needs.

BeVenue features a professional green screen studio with three cameras, two autocues and technical support for webinars, webcasts, podcasts, live streams and video recordings. Certain rooms can also be combined with the studio for recordings, live streams or live debates/discussions.

BeVenue provides a wide range of catering options, from coffee breaks and lunches to receptions and business cocktails.

BeVenue offers a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options. The event team also accommodates specific dietary requirements and allergies to ensure a high-quality experience for every guest. BeVenue’s caterers carefully tailor the catering to your needs and preferences, without compromising on taste, presentation or variety.

BeVenue works exclusively with designated catering partners who are familiar with the building and how the venue operates.

The BeVenue team confirms the final guest numbers with the caterer one week before the event. Any specific requests or dietary requirements can also be shared at that time.

Depending on the room, various layouts are available, including theatre style, classroom style, U-shape and boardroom set-ups. At BeVenue, you can also combine multiple rooms if your event requires more than one space.
